Partners on the Line LLC ("we") provides AI call answering and booking for small businesses in Arizona. This policy explains how we handle information from our clients, their callers, and visitors to this website.

• Caller details given on a call (name, phone number, address, job details).
• Call recordings and transcripts: calls are recorded and transcribed by our AI virtual assistant, and callers are told this at the start of each call.
• Client account and billing details.
• Website and contact-form information you send us.

How we use it

To answer and route calls, book appointments, send call summaries and follow-ups, provide and improve the service, bill clients, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Information is processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including our call and voice platform, Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), and Stripe (payments). They may use it only to provide services to us.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep call recordings, transcripts, and related data for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you called, or as required by law. When a client leaves, we return or delete its call data within 30 days. [Attorney: confirm retention periods.]

Your choices
