Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Partners on the Line LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Goodyear, Arizona.

2. The service

We answer calls for your business under your business name using an AI virtual assistant, book jobs into your calendar, warm-transfer emergencies under your rules, and send call summaries, recordings, and transcripts. Texting features start after carrier approval. Plan features are listed in our pricing section.

3. Plans

Plans are annual: a 12-month agreement, billed monthly. There are no per-minute or overage fees. If your answered minutes exceed 120% of your plan minutes for two consecutive billing months, we give you 30 days' written notice and move you to the next plan. An upgrade does not restart your term.

4. Setup

Setup is quoted after a call audit based on complexity (number of lines or locations, call flow, integrations). Converted founding pilots pay no setup fee. Field-service software connections are confirmed and tested during setup.

5. Founding-shop pilot

The pilot is $197 for 30 days. The $197 is non-refundable. If you sign an annual plan after the pilot, the $197 is credited toward your first month.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe (card or ACH).

7. Calls, recording and AI

Callers are told at the start that they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. The service never takes card numbers by phone and tells gas or fire callers to call 911. See our Call Recording & AI Disclosure.

8. Your data

Your call data belongs to you. We return or delete it within 30 days when you leave. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

9. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any number of calls answered, jobs booked, revenue, or results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partners on the Line LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. [Attorney to confirm.]

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. [Attorney to confirm.]

12. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
